I strongly support/oppose changing/not changing some trivial detail in the Hall of Monuments despite having no clear idea of its purpose.

LOL

Only reason why I want the change is I'm trying to unlock as much stuff in the HoM as possible... and reassigned myself I will only have a small handful of the destroyer weapons.

I know our GL was a bit miffed about the really rare stuff not unlocking.

Yes, the Monument of Valor is a terrible concept, from the idea behind it to the actual implementation, but it's probably not going to change, ever. No use crying over spilled milk.

Yeah it'd be nice, though i do really hope Anet does revisit everything they botched in GWEN, the hall being the biggest one. Anyone remember the state the hall was in during the preview weekend? It's better now but they really really failed to make the hall live up to their hype.

Idk, I think they were just rushed into it, they intended to make a lot more for GWEN, the fact that Norn and the warrior Silver Eagle armors are new models and not reskins shows this painfully well. Mind you a lot of the GWEN armors are very nice but they're not especially new or groundbreaking for the most part.

Well for Anet if they allowed the addition of tormented it may work for them, as it would force players to buy Nightfall (in some cases instead of just buying the weapons themselves) to obtain those weapons, which means they would make some more money! Money for Anet = win

That would mean I would have to spend 350 ectos for 11 tormented weaopns in order to max out my HoM.

Agreed

I would however like to see several different types of weapons allowed - any of the "elite" area weapons should be displayable - Urgoz, The Deep, Tombs, SF as well

Either don't add anything to HoM... are add ALL greens into HoM. Basically make it like minipets... to where you can overflow the weapons. I think that would be better.
